We will not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent, unless required to do so by law, court order, or in case of a vital interest on your part. An example of the latter would be an emergency situation during a live activation that requires immediate action.
We require these personal data in order to properly perform the activation assignment. Your personal data will be retained until the assignment has been completed and for up to 7 years thereafter, as required by the Dutch Tax Authorities.
We collaborate with partners and suppliers whom we engage to perform the activation assignment. These partners may receive your personal data but are only permitted to use them for the performance of (part of) the assignment and to provide you with tailored information. All our partners are required to comply with GDPR regulations. If we engage partners located outside the EU, your prior consent will always be obtained before your data is shared.
